I found Chass through Yelp. I had two previous contractors who would not return my call and when I reached out to Nelson he was reliable, prompt, and true to his word. He came and gave us a quote and started work right away. He arrived at the house early and stayed until the job was done. He always cleaned up and was extremely professional. He has a system and is meticulous and efficient. He usually does one job at a time so you get all of his attention to detail and he sticks to his timeline, which included a quick turnaround.
